Or how you can both stay relevant with an evolving job function, get rid of the “imposter syndrome”, and perform well by using your unique and authentic strengths?

This course leverages the powerful evidence-based CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder®) profiling tool to help you discover and harness your unique personal talents while effectively managing your weaknesses, helping you excel in any job role you are placed in with greater productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction. More than 33.9 million people have used CliftonStrengths to thrive at work (CliftonStrengths Online Talent Assessment | EN - Gallup).

By understanding both your strengths and those of others, discover how to apply management strategies to engage diverse stakeholders’ personalities, cultures, needs and preferences, and influence their decisions. At the same time, improve your ability to build stronger, more productive relationships with your superiors, colleagues, clients, and any others you work with.
