Who Should Attend
本课程面向广泛领域的从业者，包括人力资源专员、主管、经理、社会工作新人、社会工作者、辅助辅导员、警务人员，以及其他在社会服务领域的工作者（如医院、学校、宗教组织等机构人员）。
课程也同样适合虽无辅导背景但有意成为有效助人者的一般公众，帮助那些正处于困境、需要情绪支持的人士。

Course Outline
以下是本课程涵盖的四大课题：
- 在辅导过程中谨守道德价值观与保密原则。（助人者素质与治疗关系）
- 运用沟通技巧并防止沟通过程中的障碍。（辅导微技能与技巧）
- 运用积极聆听和提问技巧。（使用 C.R.O.P.S 进行同理心聆听）
- 与来访者互动并给予支持。（在辅导中应用 P.A.D.I 辅导框架）
Certification Obtained and Conferred by
参加者必须达到75%的出席率，并在所有评估中表现得到“有能力”，方可获得SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) 颁发的辅助辅导（Para-counselling) 技能结业证明（Statement of Attainment, SOA）。
Pre-requisites
- 17岁以上
- 中学‘N’ Level或以上学历
- 基础“中英语文” 能力
Funding Information
Self-Sponsored Applicant:
1. SSG Grant Eligibility:
- All Singapore Citizens/PRs aged 21 and above - Up to 50% funding support
- Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above (Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy) - Up to 70% funding support
- SMEs-sponsored employees under Enhanced Training Support for SMEs (ETSS) - Up to 70% funding support
2. UTAP Funding:
- Supported under UTAP Funding (End date of approval: 31 Mar 2027) [For NTUC members only]
- NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year.
- Please claim from NTUC UPortal within 6 months after course completion, more info on UTAP at this link.

SkillsFuture Credit:
For self-sponsored Singaporean applicants, SkillsFuture Credit can be used to further offset nett fees after funding.
SSG Grant Criteria:
- Trainee met 75% attendance requirement
- Trainee passed assessments
- Course fees have been fully paid
- For employer-sponsored applications, there must be a valid employer-employee relationship, including CPF contributions.*
* Important Note: Please ensure that the company name and UEN submitted for corporate-sponsored registration accurately reflect the direct employer of the trainee that pays the trainee’s salary and providing statutory benefits such as CPF contributions, medical benefits, and leave entitlements.
