焦点解决短期咨商 (SFBT) 是美国近期发展的辅导，心理治疗和社会工作中的一种新取向，目的是帮助个案研制解决方法。 这类做法也曾被运用在临床督导、教导、教育界和企业管理方面。它的特色在于专注于某个个案，使用力度可伸缩、目的专注、紧跟课题、而且是简要的、本取向对于面临人生和关系上极端难题的个案很有效。
